Human Resources Customer Support Associate

Role Overview BCforward is hiring an HR Customer Support Associate to deliver high-quality support to candidates and employees through inbound calls, emails, and chat channels. This is a dynamic HR support role that combines human resources knowledge with strong customer service skills, operating across US time zones. The role is open to freshers as well as candidates with prior international BPO or HR support experience. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats while accurately logging all interactions in the system - Provide Tier 2 HR customer support and resolve candidate and employee queries in a timely manner - Assist candidates with recruitment-related queries including fresh applications and rehire processes - Guide users through self-service portals and provide navigation support - Follow standard escalation procedures for unresolved or complex issues - Ensure adherence to SLA targets, quality standards, and compliance guidelines including GDPR - Conduct security verifications in line with company data protection policies - Make outbound calls as required by business needs - Maintain and update process documentation including DTPs, Knowledge Base articles, and SharePoint repositories - Collaborate with peers and supervisors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Required Qualifications - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Good technical aptitude with the ability to learn new tools and systems quickly - Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow is preferred - Working knowledge of ERP systems and the MS Office Suite - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with rotating shifts - Prior experience in international BPO or HR support is an advantage but not mandatory Why Join Us BCforward is a globally recognised staffing and technology solutions company that offers a collaborative work culture and excellent opportunities for professional growth.
