As an HR Solutions Services Associate IV, you will serve as a senior team contributor handling complex HR service delivery tasks, guiding junior associates, and ensuring exceptional outcomes for clients and their employees. - 1 to 4 years of experience in HR operations or HR shared services - Vocational training, certification, or equivalent experience in relevant domain - Hands-on knowledge of HR systems, policies, and employee records management - Experience handling HR queries via telephone, email, or chat - Ability to investigate payroll or records discrepancies and recommend corrective actions - Strong leadership skills with ability to coordinate and guide team members - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Any graduate or postgraduate degree accepted
