HR Solutions Services Associate III

Role Overview Conduent is a global leader in mission-critical business process services, supporting Fortune 100 companies and over 500 government bodies worldwide. As an HR Solutions Services Associate III, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality HR and benefits administration support to client employees, working with a degree of independence and serving as a reliable resource within your team. Key Responsibilities - Prepare accurate benefit calculations, reports, and year-end benefit statements for client employees - Assist with benefit open enrollment processes including system testing, employee self-service setup, and enrollment updates - Guide employees through claims forms, premium calculations, and benefit-related queries - Liaise with actuarial staff, senior consultants, insurance representatives, and trust company contacts on behalf of client employees - Process relocation documentation and payments including visa extensions, inbound contract renewals, and bank account assistance - Prepare offer letters, terms, and conditions documents as required - Identify atypical process issues and apply existing precedents to resolve them effectively - Comply with all company policies, standards, and data handling procedures Required Qualifications - Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline, or equivalent vocational training and certifications - 1 to 4 years of experience in HR operations, benefits administration, or a related BPO function - Developed understanding of employee benefit processes including enrollment, claims, and premium handling - Strong analytical and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks with limited supervision - Effective interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional and client-facing interactions - Familiarity with HR systems and employee self-service platforms is an advantage Why Join Us At Conduent, individuality is valued and every associate has the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of millions.
