HR Solutions Services Associate II

As an HR Solutions Services Associate II, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment operations and new hire onboarding processes within a structured, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities - Manage and maintain client employee data including recruitment records, online assessments, and travel expense documentation - Coordinate end-to-end logistics for recruiting events, liaise with vendors, and prepare post-event summary reports - Administer pre-employment screening and background verification checks in collaboration with internal departments and third-party vendors - Ensure accurate and complete documentation for new candidates, including medical reports and fitness clearances - Prepare and communicate all necessary information and instructions to new hires ahead of their first day of joining - Follow established operational procedures and comply with all company policies and quality standards - Perform additional duties as assigned by the reporting manager Required Qualifications - Any graduate or postgraduate degree from a recognized university - Vocational training, certifications, or equivalent hands-on experience in HR or business operations - Working knowledge of data coordination, process management, and recruitment support functions - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to exchange information clearly and effectively - Ability to work with a moderate level of supervision and manage personal workload efficiently - Familiarity with standard HR tools, systems, and onboarding procedures is an advantage Why Join Us At Conduent, individuality is noticed and valued every day, and every associate has the opportunity to personally thrive and make a difference. - Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline - 1 to 4 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment support - Strong data management and coordination skills - Experience handling pre-employment screening and onboarding documentation - Familiarity with vendor coordination and recruiting event logistics - Ability to follow standardised procedures with moderate supervision - Good verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office or similar business tools
