Key Responsibilities - Manage and maintain client employee data including recruitment records, online assessment results, and travel expense documentation - Coordinate logistics for recruiting events, liaise with vendors, and prepare detailed post-event reports - Administer pre-employment screening and background verification checks in coordination with internal departments and third-party vendors - Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required candidate documentation including medical and fitness reports - Support new hire onboarding by ensuring all information, access, and instructions are in place before their first working day - Apply existing procedures to resolve standard operational issues independently - Comply with all company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements Required Qualifications - Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline - Vocational training, relevant certifications, or equivalent hands-on experience in HR or recruitment operations - Demonstrated understanding of recruitment processes, onboarding procedures, and HR data management - Ability to work effectively within established procedures with moderate supervision - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to exchange information clearly and professionally - Proficiency in managing own workload and meeting deadlines without supervisory escalation Why Join Us At Conduent, you will be part of a culture that recognises and values individual contribution while offering real opportunities to make an impact at scale. - 1 to 4 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment support - Knowledge of pre-employment screening and background verification processes - Experience coordinating recruiting events and managing vendor relationships - Familiarity with new hire onboarding documentation and processes - Strong data organisation and coordination skills - Ability to work within standardised procedures with moderate supervision - Graduate or postgraduate qualification in any stream - Good verbal and written communication skills
