Role Overview Healthcare Informatics is looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join its expanding US Healthcare Medical Billing division in Vadodara. This is a full-time permanent opportunity suited for HR professionals who have prior exposure to healthcare or BPO recruitment and are ready to take ownership of the complete hiring cycle. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment for US Healthcare Medical Billing roles across multiple levels - Source high-quality candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and headhunting techniques - Conduct initial HR screening rounds and assess candidate fitment for open positions - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers - Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining a positive candidate experience - Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and reports for ongoing hiring activities Required Qualifications - MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or Industrial Relations from a recognised institution - 1 to 6 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition or recruitment - Prior experience in healthcare, BPO, or KPO recruitment is strongly preferred - Proficiency in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and offer management - Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills Why Join Us Healthcare Informatics offers a dynamic work environment where HR professionals can build deep expertise in niche healthcare recruitment.
