HR Manager – UK & India Operations

Role Overview BAPON Technologies is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee recruitment, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and HR operations for teams based in the UK and India. This role requires deep knowledge of employment practices across both regions, the ability to manage multicultural teams effectively, and comprehensive end-to-end HR function expertise in a growing IT consulting organization. The HR Manager will partner closely with leadership to develop people processes, maintain compliance standards, support employee wellbeing, and foster a positive work culture across all locations. Key Responsibilities - Manage complete recruitment lifecycle for UK and India teams including job description creation, candidate sourcing, screening interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding processes - Coordinate monthly payroll processing for both UK and India employees ensuring accuracy in salaries, bonuses, reimbursements, deductions, and statutory contributions - Ensure strict compliance with UK employment laws and Indian labor regulations including visa documentation, work permits, PF, ESI, gratuity, and tax requirements - Drive employee engagement initiatives, handle employee relations matters, organize performance reviews, and develop retention programs while promoting inclusive workplace culture Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with minimum 5 years of HR experience - Proven expertise managing recruitment and payroll processes across UK and India operations - Strong understanding of UK and Indian labor laws, employment regulations, and statutory obligations - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with ability to handle confidential information professionally Why Join Us BAPON Technologies is a leading IT consulting company delivering innovative solutions in intelligent automation, digital integration, and cloud transformation. - 5+ years of HR experience with exposure to UK and India operations - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and Indian labor regulations - Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes - Payroll coordination and processing expertise - Employee relations and HR operations management - Understanding of PF, ESI, gratuity, and tax documentation - HRMS and payroll software familiarity preferred - HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or HRCI preferred - Experience in IT, technology, consulting, or multinational organizations preferred - Experience managing remote or hybrid teams preferred
