Role Overview Darwinbox, Asia's fastest-growing HR technology platform trusted by 900+ global enterprises across 116+ countries, is looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Bid Management to lead and scale its global bid function. This is a senior leadership role for a seasoned professional who can drive enterprise proposal excellence, improve win rates, and build a world-class bid team. You will work at the intersection of sales strategy, product storytelling, and commercial execution across complex global pursuits. Key Responsibilities - Own the end-to-end global bid management function covering RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, DDQs, and security questionnaires from opportunity qualification through submission and post-bid debrief - Develop and drive win strategies for high-stakes enterprise bids in close collaboration with Sales, Presales, Product, Legal, Finance, Security, and Leadership teams - Build scalable bid governance frameworks including standardized processes, templates, and knowledge repositories to ensure compliant and high-quality submissions - Lead articulation of Darwinbox's value proposition including AI-driven capabilities, global scalability, integrations, and compliance strengths across all proposals - Improve win rates and shorten bid cycle times through structured qualification, competitive positioning, and storytelling best practices - Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing bid team comprising proposal managers, writers, and coordinators with capacity planning for peak demand - Ensure compliance and risk management across geographies covering data privacy, regulatory, and contractual obligations - Leverage AI-powered RFP tools, content management systems, and automation to drive efficiency and consistency - Coordinate cross-functional inputs across time zones while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining quality standards - Track and report on key performance metrics including win rates, response time, bid quality, and contribution to contracted ARR Required Qualifications - 12 or more years of experience in bid or proposal management with significant exposure to enterprise SaaS or B2B technology environments - Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and scaling bid teams for complex global deals - Strong track record of winning large enterprise and strategic bids - Deep understanding of RFP processes, commercial constructs, compliance requirements, and contract considerations - Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environments with global sales cycles - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive, structured, and client-centric approach - Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority pursuits simultaneously - Familiarity with bid management tools, content systems, and AI-enabled proposal solutions is a strong advantage - Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus Why Join Us Darwinbox is backed by marquee global investors including Microsoft, Salesforce, Sequoia Capital, and Lightspeed Venture Partners, offering unparalleled opportunities to shape enterprise technology at a global scale. Requirements

- 12+ years in bid or proposal management in enterprise SaaS or B2B tech - Proven experience leading and scaling global bid teams - Strong track record of winning large enterprise deals - Deep knowledge of RFP, RFQ, DDQ, and security questionnaire processes - Understanding of commercial constructs, compliance, and contract considerations - Ability to influence senior stakeholders across Sales, Product, Legal, Finance, and Security - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Strong program management and organizational capabilities - Analytical mindset with focus on metrics and continuous improvement - Familiarity with AI-enabled bid management and content tools - Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
