HC & Insurance Operations Senior Representative

Role Overview NTT DATA is looking for motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join its Healthcare and Insurance Operations team in Gurugram as Senior Representatives. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity suited for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are eager to build a career in healthcare BPO and insurance claims processing. The role is aligned to North American time zones and operates out of NTT DATA's Gurugram Sector 48 office on a night shift basis, with company-provided transportation. Key Responsibilities As an HC & Insurance Operations Senior Representative, you will be responsible for end-to-end handling of disability insurance claims, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness throughout the claims lifecycle. Your day-to-day work will involve determining a customer's eligibility and disability coverage by cross-referencing and validating information in internal systems. You will process and adjudicate claims within defined turnaround times while maintaining a thorough and up-to-date record of all claim-related data in the database. Adherence to HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards will be a core part of your responsibilities. You will also participate in internal quality checks by auditing claims submitted by fellow team members, ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and organisational policies, and assist with additional clerical and administrative tasks as required. Required Qualifications A bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred for this role. Freshers are welcome to apply. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Prior exposure to healthcare BPO or back-end insurance processes will be considered an advantage.
