Growth Associate Intern

Role Overview Rocketlane is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company specialising in customer onboarding and professional services automation, backed by $105M in funding from investors like 8VC, Matrix Partners, and Nexus Venture Partners. We are looking for a Growth Associate Intern to support hands-on execution of growth campaigns, landing page coordination, and account-based marketing programs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the full scope of B2B SaaS growth marketing. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end coordination of landing page updates in Webflow, including CMS content, page structure, and basic HTML/CSS changes - QA pages before and after publishing to ensure correct rendering and resolve minor issues promptly - Support LinkedIn ad campaigns from audience setup and creative briefing through to launch and performance reporting - Maintain campaign trackers, update performance sheets regularly, and share weekly summaries highlighting key insights - Research target accounts, assist in building personalised messaging and campaign assets, and maintain clean, segmented account lists - Coordinate with the sales team on account status and flag required follow-ups - Track funnel performance, identify drop-off points, and support weekly and monthly reporting cycles - Analyse competitor landing pages and ad positioning and document learnings and SOPs to improve team efficiency Required Qualifications - Working knowledge of HTML and CSS with the ability to debug basic rendering issues - Basic JavaScript knowledge is an added advantage - Highly organised and detail-oriented with strong follow-through on commitments - Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and performance data - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills - Prior experience owning a project or initiative end-to-end is preferred - Genuine curiosity about how B2B SaaS companies grow and scale Why Join Us At Rocketlane you will receive direct mentorship from the Growth Manager and gain real ownership of work that ships to production from day one.
