Job Description

Role Overview Hexnode, a globally recognized leader in Unified Endpoint Management trusted across more than 100 countries, is looking for an accomplished Global Sales Performance Trainer to elevate the effectiveness of its Sales and Account Executive teams. This is not a conventional product training role. You will serve as a strategic coach who instills advanced psychological selling techniques, enterprise negotiation skills, and consultative sales approaches tailored to global markets including North America, Europe, and APAC. This is a full-time onsite position based in Chennai, requiring availability during afternoon and occasional night shifts to align with global sales cycles. Key Responsibilities - Conduct focused coaching sessions on psychological selling triggers, rapport-building strategies, and advanced deal-closing methods - Design and roll out sales enablement programs aimed at improving conversion rates, reducing sales cycle length, and increasing average deal size - Build and continuously update the Hexnode Sales Playbook covering the complete buyer journey from initial outreach to complex multi-stakeholder negotiations - Audit live and recorded sales calls using tools such as Gong or Chorus to identify gaps in logic and communication and provide timely feedback - Train sales teams on structured methodologies like Challenger, Gap Selling, or SPIN to confidently handle pricing and competitive objections - Track sales KPIs to spot individual and team skill gaps and create customized Performance Acceleration Plans for sales representatives - Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Product Marketing to keep the sales narrative sharp, competitive, and culturally relevant across global regions Required Qualifications - 15 to 20 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or as a senior sales individual contributor in the SaaS or Cybersecurity space - Deep expertise in consultative selling, enterprise B2B negotiation, and the psychological dynamics that influence buying decisions - Demonstrated track record of designing training interventions that have led to measurable revenue growth or improved win rates - Ability to coach teams on cultural differences when selling to markets such as the US, EMEA, and APAC - Proficiency in analyzing performance data and conversation intelligence to create targeted improvement strategies - Experience delivering high-impact instructor-led training programs to high-energy sales teams - Exceptional public speaking skills with the ability to command credibility among seasoned sales professionals - Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot and conversation intelligence tools like Gong or Chorus Why Join Us Hexnode is at the forefront of enterprise mobility and cybersecurity innovation, operating across Apple, Windows, Android, Linux, and tvOS ecosystems and expanding rapidly into Extended Detection and Response capabilities. Requirements

- 15 to 20 years in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or senior SaaS or Cybersecurity sales roles - Deep knowledge of consultative selling, B2B enterprise negotiation, and psychological selling principles - Proven ability to design training programs that directly drive revenue growth and improved win rates - Experience coaching teams for cultural nuances across US, EMEA, and APAC markets - Proficiency in performance data analysis and conversation intelligence tools such as Gong or Chorus - Strong experience in delivering instructor-led training to high-performing sales teams - Ability to translate complex cybersecurity features into compelling value-driven narratives - Familiarity with CRM tools including Salesforce and HubSpot - Outstanding public speaking and interpersonal coaching skills
