Global Head of Embedded Electronics Engineering

Role Overview Cintal, Inc. is a global technology company delivering advanced engineering solutions across heavy equipment, industrial, defense, agriculture, and medical sectors. We are looking for a seasoned Global Head of Embedded Electronics Engineering to lead the strategy, growth, and end-to-end delivery of embedded systems and electronics engineering services at an executive level. This is a high-impact P&L leadership role that combines deep technical expertise with strong commercial acumen to scale global operations and strengthen customer partnerships. Key Responsibilities - Define and execute the global strategy for embedded systems and electronics engineering services - Own full P&L responsibility including revenue growth, margin performance, budgeting, and forecasting - Build and manage executive-level relationships with international customers and lead commercial negotiations - Lead and mentor global embedded engineering teams across multiple locations - Ensure high-quality delivery of hardware, firmware, and software programs - Establish scalable development, validation, and quality frameworks - Provide technical leadership across embedded hardware architecture, firmware development, RTOS, embedded Linux, and electronics design - Drive innovation in connected products, IoT platforms, and advanced embedded systems - Oversee system integration, product development, and over-the-air update architectures - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across a global matrix organisation Required Qualifications - Master's degree or higher in Embedded Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline - 15 to 25 years of experience in embedded engineering within heavy engineering, earth moving equipment, automotive, or industrial equipment industries - Proven P&L or revenue ownership experience at a leadership level - Deep expertise in embedded hardware design including analog and digital circuits, PCB design, and power management - Strong command of microcontrollers, SoCs, RTOS, and Linux-based embedded systems - Proficiency in firmware architecture and C or C++ development - Working knowledge of communication protocols such as CAN, SPI, I2C, Ethernet, BLE, and Wi-Fi - Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and PLM tools such as Teamcenter or Windchill - Understanding of global embedded electronics standards and compliance requirements - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-cultural leadership skills - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required Why Join Us Cintal offers a competitive compensation package with a significant performance-based bonus tied to vertical revenue growth and margin performance, along with comprehensive benefits including health coverage, retirement contributions, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
