Job Description

Role Overview Otis Elevator Co. is looking for a driven and customer-focused Executive in Service Sales to join their Chennai team. This role is central to achieving service sales targets through effective enquiry generation, skilled negotiation, and timely closure of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). The position demands strong coordination with field service teams and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint. Key Responsibilities - Drive enquiry generation, lead negotiations, and finalise service sales orders to meet and exceed AMC sales targets - Proactively engage with customers to ensure on-time renewal of AMC contracts and minimise churn - Coordinate with Service Supervisors and field teams to strengthen customer communication and resolve issues promptly - Develop detailed sales negotiation data sheets, tailored proposals, and complete tender submissions including technical and commercial documentation - Conduct customer meetings to understand requirements, address concerns, and deepen business relationships - Manage and regularly update the Customer CRM system for all AMC billings, service reports, and account documentation - Maintain Customer History Cards for key accounts and track lift performance and uptime KPIs to improve service quality - Manage account receivables to support healthy cash flow and timely collections - Adhere strictly to all safety protocols during site visits and customer interactions Required Qualifications - Diploma or bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering - 3 to 8 years of experience in AMC sales and direct customer service with a proven record of customer retention - Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence customer decisions and build lasting trust - Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to understanding and fulfilling client needs - Effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams - Results-driven, adaptable, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability - Familiarity with CRM tools and structured, data-driven sales approaches Why Join Us At Otis, you become part of a globally recognised company that moves 2.4 billion people every day across more than 200 countries, with a legacy of innovation spanning iconic landmarks worldwide. Requirements

- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering - 3 to 8 years of experience in AMC sales and customer service - Proven track record in contract negotiation and customer retention - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to prepare proposals, tenders, and contractual documentation - Proficiency in CRM tools and accurate data management - Results-oriented with a proactive and adaptable work approach - Willingness to conduct site visits with strict adherence to safety protocols - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and field service teams
