Executive and Senior Executive International Voice Process

Role Overview Hexaware Technologies is hiring Voice Process Executives and Senior Executives for international customer retention and voice support operations. This role involves handling both inbound and outbound voice calls for international clients with a focus on customer retention and service delivery. Candidates should possess strong communication skills in Malayalam or Hindi with the ability to work in rotational shifts.
