Job Description

Role Overview Hexaware Technologies is hiring Voice Process Executives and Senior Executives for international customer retention and voice support operations. This role involves handling both inbound and outbound voice calls for international clients with a focus on customer retention and service delivery. Candidates should possess strong communication skills in Malayalam or Hindi with the ability to work in rotational shifts. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound international voice calls with professionalism and efficiency - Manage customer retention activities and follow-up communications - Maintain quality standards in voice interactions with proper grammar and pronunciation - Deliver excellent customer service and resolve inquiries within SLA parameters - Adapt to rotational shift schedules including nights and weekends Required Qualifications - Any graduation qualification (arrears may be considered) - Fluency in Malayalam or Hindi with excellent English communication skills - 0 to 3 years of experience in outbound and inbound call handling (freshers with strong communication are welcome) - Strong grammatical foundation and clear pronunciation ability - Availability for immediate joining Why Join Us Hexaware Technologies offers competitive salary based on performance and experience along with transport facilities.
