Job Description

Role Overview Deloitte is looking for a motivated and customer-focused End User Support Associate Services Specialist to join its CXO Technology Support team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for all IT-related incidents and service requests, delivering world-class technical support to internal users across Deloitte offices in India. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively with diverse stakeholders, and demonstrates a passion for solving technology challenges. Key Responsibilities - Deliver excellent customer service to all users visiting the CXO Walk-Up support centre, handling queries in person, over email, and by phone - Provide hardware and software support including asset management, tracking, and compliance activities aligned with firm-standard processes - Install, image, and configure laptops and desktops running Windows, as well as Mac and Chromebook devices with standard builds - Deploy and support mobile devices including activations, account changes, configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Offer 24/7 support in line with CXO service level agreements and maintain accurate records of service and asset data - Support and train users on audio-visual and video conferencing technology including projectors, TV systems, and conferencing platforms - Provide onsite hands-and-feet support for infrastructure teams covering LAN, WAN, and telephony when local assistance is required - Document all incidents and resolutions in the knowledge base and service desk ticketing system, ensuring SLT compliance - Identify process gaps and inefficiencies, and propose scalable workflow improvements to enhance customer experience - Stay updated on emerging technologies and evaluate their relevance to the business environment Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in B.Tech, BE, or equivalent Engineering discipline - Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams - Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems and mobile device hardware and software - Working knowledge of networking, video conferencing, audio-visual systems, and telephony equipment - Experience or familiarity with Active Directory administration is an advantage - ITIL certification is preferred; Microsoft MCSE, A+, CCNA, A/N+ certifications are desirable - Industry certifications from Dell or HP and basic knowledge of network and system security are added advantages Why Join Us Deloitte offers a highly inclusive and growth-oriented work culture where professionals are empowered to develop their skills through diverse learning opportunities, networking, and access to the state-of-the-art DU Leadership Center in Hyderabad. Requirements

- B.Tech, BE or equivalent Engineering degree - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams - Experience with Windows and macOS operating systems - Knowledge of mobile device hardware and software support - Familiarity with networking, video conferencing and audio-visual systems - Experience with telephony equipment and support - Active Directory administration knowledge is an advantage - ITIL certification preferred - Microsoft MCSE, A+, CCNA or A/N+ certification is desirable - Basic understanding of network and system security - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage ambiguity and work effectively in a team
