Job Description

Role Overview Deloitte is hiring an End User Support Associate Services Specialist to join its CXO Technology Support team across India. This role serves as the primary point of contact for all IT-related incidents and service requests, delivering world-class technology support to internal stakeholders and CXO-level users. The ideal candidate is a motivated team player who can communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities - Deliver high-quality IT support at the CXO Walk-Up desk, handling walk-in customers, email queries, and phone support - Install, image, and configure standard builds on Windows laptops, desktops, Macs, and Chromebooks including asset management and tracking - Deploy and support mobile devices including activations, configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Provide onsite hands-and-feet support for infrastructure teams covering LAN, WAN, and telephony requirements - Support and train users on audio-visual and video conferencing technology including projectors and VC systems with daily operational checks - Document issues and resolutions in knowledge bases and service desk ticketing systems while maintaining accurate service and asset records - Execute technology initiatives directed by managers including rollout of new tools and capabilities - Identify process gaps and propose scalable improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency - Stay updated on emerging technologies and evaluate their relevance to current business needs Required Qualifications - Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Engineering, or equivalent engineering degree - Proficiency in technical troubleshooting across hardware and software platforms - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams - Hands-on experience with Windows and macOS operating systems - Familiarity with mobile device hardware and software, networking basics, and video conferencing tools - Knowledge of Active Directory administration is an advantage - Industry certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft MCSE, CompTIA A+, N+, or CCNA are preferred - Basic understanding of network and systems security principles - Certifications from hardware vendors such as Dell or HP are an added advantage Why Join Us Deloitte offers a highly rewarding work environment with a strong focus on professional development, inclusive culture, and continuous learning through its state-of-the-art Leadership Center in Hyderabad. Requirements

- B.Tech or BE degree in Engineering or related discipline - Technical troubleshooting skills across hardware and software - Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools including Teams and Outlook - Experience with Windows and macOS operating systems - Knowledge of mobile device support, networking, and video conferencing - Familiarity with Active Directory administration - ITIL, MCSE, A+, N+, or CCNA certification preferred - Basic knowledge of network and systems security - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a 24/7 support environment with rotational shifts
