Job Description

Role Overview Hexaware Technologies is looking for motivated and articulate individuals to join its Business Process Services team as Email Support Executives. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals to build a strong foundation in international non-voice customer support within a globally recognised IT services organisation. Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently through email and chat channels as part of an international non-voice support process. Ensure timely, accurate, and professional responses that meet quality and customer satisfaction benchmarks. Collaborate with team members to resolve escalations and maintain service level agreements. Document interactions and follow standard operating procedures for every customer engagement. Required Qualifications Candidates with a minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience in an email or chat support process are preferred. Freshers with outstanding written English communication skills are also encouraged to apply. Strong attention to detail, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to multitask across simultaneous chat conversations are essential attributes for success in this role. Requirements

Minimum 6 months of experience in an email or chat support role (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply) Excellent written English communication skills are mandatory Ability to handle customer interactions through email and live chat simultaneously Comfortable working in a work-from-office setup Willingness to work any 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM Graduation is not required; candidates from any educational background may apply
