Key Responsibilities - Plan, execute, and continuously optimise multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube - Manage PPC and paid ad campaigns including keyword research, audience targeting, budget allocation, and bid management - Create, schedule, and publish engaging content on social media platforms while monitoring follower growth and audience engagement - Coordinate with designers and content writers to produce creatives, videos, blogs, captions, and promotional materials aligned with brand guidelines - Conduct on-page and off-page SEO activities, manage website content and landing pages, and track performance via Google Analytics and Search Console - Run email marketing campaigns and manage WhatsApp broadcast lists, tracking open rates, click rates, and conversions - Generate leads through organic and paid efforts, and prepare detailed reports on ROI, CAC, lead cost, and overall campaign effectiveness - Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to recommend data-driven improvements - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth lead handover and share campaign insights with management - Maintain consistent branding across all digital channels and manage online reputation, including reviews and ratings Required Qualifications - Proven experience in digital marketing with hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager - Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest - Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console - Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe Photoshop - Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms - Strong written communication skills for creating copies, captions, and short-form content - Ability to analyse campaign data and translate insights into actionable strategies Why Join Us DALMAF Private Limited offers a collaborative work environment where your marketing ideas and strategies directly impact business growth.
