Role Overview
VerSe Innovation is looking for a driven and experienced Digital Ad Sales Manager to join their growing sales team in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for selling online advertising space and driving revenue growth through strong client and agency relationships. You will play a key part in expanding the company's market share across designated regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell digital ad inventory and online media solutions to retail, corporate clients, and media agencies
- Proactively identify, research, and pursue new business prospects to grow market share
- Conduct a minimum of four client meetings per day to build pipeline and close deals
- Aggressively pursue and meet sales targets on a consistent basis
- Manage and nurture existing client and agency relationships to ensure retention and upsell opportunities
- Drive new client acquisition while developing and growing existing accounts
- Stay updated on market trends and maintain an understanding of Oneindia platform offerings
- Independently manage the sales pipeline and report on progress
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital ad sales or online media sales
- Strong existing network of media clients and advertising agencies in designated locations
- Sound understanding of digital advertising metrics such as CPL, CPM, and CPI
- Demonstrated ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced B2B sales environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Requirements
