Job Description

Role Overview Accenture is looking for an experienced Delivery Operations Associate Manager to lead end-to-end Procure to Pay (P2P) operations within a Shared Services environment. This role demands a seasoned professional who can ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality service delivery while managing people, processes, and stakeholders at a senior level. The position sits within the Finance and Operations domain and offers an opportunity to drive transformation and digital adoption at a global scale. Key Responsibilities - Own and manage the full Procure to Pay cycle including requisition to PO, goods receipt, two-way and three-way matching, invoice processing, supplier query resolution, and payment support - Ensure all P2P services are delivered accurately and on time in accordance with defined SLAs, internal controls, and business policies - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of P2P team leads and analysts, establishing clear KPIs and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement - Serve as a senior operational point of contact for Procurement, Finance, and business stakeholders, handling escalations and resolving complex supplier issues - Monitor P2P performance metrics such as invoice cycle time, exception rates, first pass yield, and SLA adherence, and present data-driven insights to leadership - Drive process standardization, automation, and digitization initiatives including RPA, IDP or OCR tools, and AI-enabled matching solutions - Maintain strong audit readiness and control discipline across all P2P activities including vendor master controls and segregation of duties - Collaborate with Finance Transformation and IT teams on system enhancements and lead change adoption within the operations function Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or an MBA with a Finance specialization - Ten to fourteen years of hands-on experience in Procure to Pay within a Finance and Accounting function - Prior experience in a BPO or shared services environment, preferably within the retail or cooperative sector - Proficiency in SAP HANA and other relevant finance platforms - Strong working knowledge of MS Excel including advanced functions such as pivot tables, complex formulas, and data analysis - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients, internal stakeholders, and third-party teams Why Join Us Accenture operates across more than 120 countries with a workforce of over 784,000 professionals, offering unparalleled career growth through access to cutting-edge technology, intelligent operations, and a culture that champions innovation and excellence.

Requirements

- 10 to 14 years of experience in Procure to Pay within Finance and Accounting - BCom or MBA in Finance - Experience in BPO or shared services environment is preferred - Proficiency in SAP HANA and finance systems - Strong MS Excel skills including advanced data analysis and pivot tables - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to manage teams, stakeholders, and escalations effectively - Exposure to automation, RPA, analytics, or AI-enabled finance tools is an advantage
