Delivery Operations Associate Manager

Role Overview Accenture is looking for an experienced Delivery Operations Associate Manager to lead end-to-end Procure to Pay operations within a Shared Services environment. This role demands a seasoned professional who can ensure stable, efficient, and compliant service delivery while managing high-performing teams across purchase order management, invoice processing, supplier queries, and payment support. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in P2P processes, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and a passion for continuous improvement and digital transformation. Key Responsibilities - Own and oversee end-to-end Procure to Pay operations covering Requisition to PO, goods receipt, 2/3-way matching, invoice processing, supplier queries, and payment support - Ensure accurate and timely delivery of P2P services in line with defined SLAs, policies, procedures, and internal controls - Lead, coach, and manage P2P team leads and analysts while setting clear performance expectations and driving delivery against KPIs - Act as a senior operational partner to Procurement, Finance, and business stakeholders, managing escalations and resolving complex supplier issues - Monitor and analyze P2P performance metrics such as invoice cycle time, exception rates, first pass yield, and SLA adherence, and provide actionable insights to leadership - Drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives including process standardization, automation, and digitization - Ensure strong control discipline, audit readiness, segregation of duties, and vendor master controls across all P2P activities - Partner with Finance Transformation, IT, and Procurement teams on system enhancements and lead adoption of new ways of working Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or an MBA with a Finance specialization - 10 to 14 years of experience in Procure to Pay within a Finance and Accounting function - Prior experience in a BPO or shared services environment, preferably in the retail or cooperative industry - Hands-on experience with SAP HANA and other relevant finance systems - Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word, with advanced Excel skills being a definite advantage - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders - Exposure to automation, RPA, analytics, or AI-enabled finance solutions such as IDP, OCR, or AI-assisted PO compliance checks Why Join Us Accenture brings together over 784,000 professionals serving clients across more than 120 countries, offering unparalleled opportunities for growth, learning, and impact. - 10 to 14 years of experience in Procure to Pay within Finance and Accounting - Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or MBA in Finance - Experience in a BPO or shared services environment - Proficiency in SAP HANA and relevant finance systems - Advanced MS Excel skills including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis - Strong verbal and written communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction - Exposure to automation, RPA, or AI-enabled finance tools is an advantage - Ability to manage escalations, team leads, and cross-functional stakeholders effectively
