Delivery Operations Associate Manager

Role Overview Accenture is looking for a seasoned Delivery Operations Associate Manager to lead end-to-end Procure to Pay (P2P) operations within a Shared Services environment. This is a senior leadership role that combines process governance, people management, and transformation ownership to ensure high-quality, compliant, and efficient service delivery. The ideal candidate will bring deep P2P expertise and the ability to partner with Finance, Procurement, and business stakeholders at a strategic level. Key Responsibilities - Own and manage the complete Procure to Pay cycle including requisition to PO, goods receipt, 2/3-way matching, invoice processing, supplier queries, and payment support - Ensure accurate and timely delivery of P2P services in compliance with defined SLAs, internal policies, and audit controls - Lead, coach, and manage P2P team leads and analysts by setting clear performance expectations and driving results against KPIs - Monitor P2P performance metrics such as invoice cycle time, exception rates, first pass yield, and SLA adherence, and provide actionable insights to leadership - Act as a senior operational partner to Procurement, Finance, and business stakeholders while managing escalations and resolving complex supplier issues - Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives including process standardization, automation, RPA, and AI-enabled finance solutions such as IDP/OCR and intelligent PO compliance checks - Ensure strong control discipline, risk management practices, and ongoing audit readiness across all P2P activities - Collaborate with Finance Transformation and IT teams on system enhancements and lead the adoption of new processes and tools across the team Required Qualifications - 10 to 14 years of experience in Procure to Pay within a Finance and Accounting function, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment - Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or an MBA with a Finance specialisation - Hands-on experience with SAP HANA and other relevant finance platforms - Advanced MS Excel skills including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients, reconciliation SMEs, and third-party teams effectively Why Join Us Accenture offers a globally connected work environment where you will lead meaningful transformation across P2P operations for clients across more than 120 countries. - 10 to 14 years of Procure to Pay experience in Finance and Accounting - Experience in BPO or shared services environment is an added advantage - Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or MBA (Finance) - Working knowledge of SAP HANA and relevant finance systems - Advanced MS Excel skills including pivot tables and complex data analysis - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and stakeholder engagement - Exposure to automation, RPA, AI-enabled finance tools, or IDP/OCR solutions is a strong advantage - Ability to manage team leads and analysts while driving KPI-based performance
