Delivery Operations Associate Manager

Role Overview Accenture is looking for an experienced Delivery Operations Associate Manager to lead end-to-end Procure to Pay operations within a shared services environment. This role demands strong people leadership, process governance expertise, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across P2P activities including purchase order management, invoice processing, and payment support. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic operational partner to Finance, Procurement, and key business stakeholders while ensuring SLA compliance and audit readiness. Key Responsibilities - Own and oversee the complete Procure to Pay cycle including requisition to PO, goods receipt, 2/3-way matching, invoice processing, supplier query resolution, and payment support - Ensure timely and accurate delivery of P2P services in line with defined SLAs, internal controls, and company policies - Lead, coach, and manage P2P team leads and analysts by setting clear performance expectations and driving results against KPIs - Act as a senior operational partner to Procurement, Finance, and business units, handling escalations and resolving complex supplier issues - Monitor P2P performance metrics such as invoice cycle time, exception rates, first pass yield, and SLA adherence, and share insights with leadership - Drive continuous improvement, process standardization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives across P2P functions - Ensure robust controls, risk management, and audit readiness including vendor master controls and segregation of duties - Partner with Finance Transformation, IT, and Procurement teams on system enhancements and champion adoption of new working practices - Manage backlog prioritization and proactively resolve delivery risks to maintain operational stability Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or an MBA with a Finance specialization - 10 to 14 years of experience in Procure to Pay within a Finance and Accounting function - Experience working in a BPO or shared services environment, preferably in the retail or co-operative industry - Hands-on experience with SAP HANA and other finance platforms - Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, with advanced Excel skills being an added advantage - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients, internal teams, and third-party stakeholders - Familiarity with automation tools, RPA, analytics, or AI-enabled finance solutions such as IDP/OCR or AI-assisted PO compliance checks Why Join Us Accenture offers a globally connected work environment backed by advanced technology and intelligent operations, empowering professionals to deliver meaningful impact across more than 120 countries.
