Delivery Operations Associate Manager

Role Overview Accenture is seeking an experienced Delivery Operations Associate Manager to lead end-to-end Procure to Pay operations within a Shared Services environment. This senior role demands a seasoned professional who can ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality P2P service delivery while managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate will bring strong people leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of finance operations, automation, and continuous improvement methodologies. Key Responsibilities - Own and oversee complete Procure to Pay operations including requisition to PO, goods receipt, two-way and three-way matching, invoice processing, supplier queries, and payment support - Lead, coach, and manage P2P team leads and analysts, establishing clear performance expectations and driving delivery against defined KPIs - Ensure SLA-compliant and accurate delivery of P2P services in adherence to internal policies, procedures, and controls - Act as a senior operational partner to Procurement, Finance, and business stakeholders while managing escalations and resolving complex supplier issues - Monitor and analyze P2P performance metrics such as invoice cycle time, exception rates, first pass yield, and SLA adherence, providing actionable insights to leadership - Drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives including process standardization, automation, and digitization across P2P activities - Maintain strong controls, risk management practices, and audit readiness including approvals, segregation of duties, and vendor master controls - Collaborate with Finance Transformation, IT, and Procurement teams on system enhancements and champion adoption of new working methods Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or an MBA with a Finance specialization - 10 to 14 years of experience in Procure to Pay operations within Finance and Accounting functions - Hands-on experience with SAP HANA and strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients, internal stakeholders, and third-party teams - Exposure to automation tools, RPA, analytics, or AI-enabled finance solutions such as IDP, OCR, or AI-assisted matching is a strong advantage Why Join Us Accenture offers a dynamic and globally connected work environment where you will have the opportunity to lead meaningful transformation across finance operations and work alongside some of the brightest minds across 40-plus industries. - 10 to 14 years of experience in Procure to Pay within Finance and Accounting - Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or MBA in Finance - Experience in a BPO or shared services environment is an added advantage - Proficiency in SAP HANA and other relevant finance systems - Strong working knowledge of MS Excel including advanced functions such as pivot tables, complex formulas, and data analysis - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to manage team leads, analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders effectively - Exposure to automation, RPA, AI-enabled finance tools, or OCR solutions is preferred
