Delivery Operations Associate Manager

Role Overview Accenture is looking for a Delivery Operations Associate Manager to lead end-to-end Procure to Pay operations within a Shared Services environment. This role demands a seasoned professional who can drive efficient, compliant, and high-quality P2P service delivery while acting as a strategic operational partner to Finance, Procurement, and business stakeholders. You will lead teams, manage performance, and spearhead transformation initiatives across invoice processing and broader P2P functions. Key Responsibilities - Own and oversee all Procure to Pay operations including requisition to PO, goods receipt, two-way and three-way matching, invoice processing, supplier queries, and payment support - Ensure accurate and timely delivery of P2P services in full compliance with defined SLAs, internal controls, and company policies - Lead, coach, and manage P2P team leads and analysts by setting clear performance targets and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement - Act as the primary escalation point for complex supplier issues and serve as a senior operational partner to Procurement and Finance stakeholders - Monitor key P2P performance metrics such as invoice cycle time, exception rates, first-pass yield, and SLA adherence, providing actionable insights to leadership - Drive continuous improvement, process standardization, and digital transformation initiatives including automation, RPA, and AI-enabled finance solutions - Ensure robust control discipline, audit readiness, and adherence to risk management frameworks including segregation of duties and vendor master controls - Collaborate with Finance Transformation, IT, and Procurement teams on system enhancements and lead adoption of new operational practices Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or an MBA with a Finance specialization - 10 to 14 years of hands-on experience in Procure to Pay within Finance and Accounting functions - Proven experience working in a BPO or shared services environment, preferably in the retail or cooperative sector - Strong working knowledge of SAP HANA and other relevant finance platforms - Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, with advanced Excel skills being a distinct advantage - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective engagement with clients, internal stakeholders, and third-party teams Why Join Us Accenture brings together industry expertise, advanced technology, and a global network of over 784,000 professionals serving clients across 120 countries, offering unparalleled opportunities for career growth and professional development. - 10 to 14 years of experience in Procure to Pay within Finance and Accounting - Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or MBA in Finance - Experience in BPO or shared services environment - Working knowledge of SAP HANA and related finance systems - Advanced MS Excel skills including pivot tables and complex formulas - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to manage teams, handle escalations, and drive process improvement - Exposure to automation, RPA, AI-enabled finance solutions, or IDP/OCR tools is an advantage
