Delivery Operations Associate Manager

Role Overview Accenture is looking for a seasoned Delivery Operations Associate Manager to lead end-to-end Procure to Pay operations within a Shared Services environment. This is a senior leadership role that combines operational governance, people management, and continuous improvement responsibilities across P2P functions. The ideal candidate will bring strong finance process expertise, stakeholder management skills, and a forward-looking mindset toward automation and digital transformation. Key Responsibilities - Own and oversee the full Procure to Pay cycle, covering requisition to PO, goods receipt, two-way and three-way matching, invoice processing, supplier queries, and payment support - Ensure accurate and timely delivery of P2P services in strict alignment with SLAs, internal controls, and organizational policies - Lead, mentor, and manage P2P team leads and analysts, setting clear KPIs and fostering a culture of accountability and high performance - Act as a senior operational partner to Procurement, Finance, and business stakeholders, handling escalations and resolving complex supplier issues - Monitor key P2P performance metrics such as invoice cycle time, first pass yield, exception rates, and SLA adherence, providing actionable insights to leadership - Drive standardization, process simplification, automation, and digitization initiatives across P2P workflows - Ensure robust controls, risk management practices, and audit readiness including proper approvals, segregation of duties, and vendor master governance - Collaborate with Finance Transformation, IT, and Procurement teams on system enhancements and lead change adoption efforts Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or an MBA with a Finance specialization - 10 to 14 years of experience in Procure to Pay within a Finance and Accounting function - Hands-on experience with SAP HANA and strong proficiency in MS Excel including advanced features such as pivot tables, complex formulas, and data analysis - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and third-party teams - Prior experience in a BPO or shared services environment, preferably in the retail or cooperative sector, is an added advantage - Exposure to automation, RPA, analytics, or AI-enabled finance solutions such as IDP, OCR, or AI-assisted matching tools is a strong plus Why Join Us Accenture offers a dynamic global work environment where you will be part of a 784,000-strong team delivering innovation and operational excellence across more than 120 countries. - 10 to 14 years of Procure to Pay experience within Finance and Accounting - Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or MBA in Finance - Experience in a BPO or shared services environment - Strong knowledge of SAP HANA and other finance systems - Advanced MS Excel skills including pivot tables and complex formulas - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to manage team leads, analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders - Exposure to automation, RPA, AI-enabled finance tools, or digital transformation initiatives is an advantage
