Delivery Operations Associate Manager

Role Overview Accenture is looking for a seasoned Delivery Operations Associate Manager to lead end-to-end Procure to Pay operations within a Shared Services environment. This role demands a strong operations leader who can drive compliant, efficient, and high-quality P2P service delivery while managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate will combine deep domain expertise in finance operations with a forward-thinking approach to automation and digital transformation. Key Responsibilities - Own and oversee end-to-end P2P operations including Requisition to PO, goods receipt, two-way and three-way matching, invoice processing, supplier query resolution, and payment support - Lead, coach, and develop P2P team leads and analysts, establishing clear performance expectations and driving KPI delivery - Ensure SLA-compliant and accurate delivery of P2P services in alignment with defined policies, internal controls, and compliance frameworks - Act as a senior operational partner to Procurement, Finance, and business stakeholders while managing escalations and resolving complex supplier issues - Monitor P2P performance metrics such as invoice cycle time, exception rates, first-pass yield, and SLA adherence, and present insights to leadership - Drive continuous improvement initiatives including process standardization, automation adoption, and digital transformation across P2P workflows - Maintain strong control discipline and audit readiness, covering approvals, segregation of duties, and vendor master governance - Collaborate with Finance Transformation, IT, and Procurement teams on system enhancements and lead change adoption efforts Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or an MBA with a Finance specialization - 10 to 14 years of hands-on experience in Procure to Pay within Finance and Accounting functions - Proven experience in a BPO or shared services environment, preferably in the retail or cooperative industry - Working knowledge of SAP HANA and other finance systems, along with strong MS Excel and MS Word proficiency - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective engagement with clients, internal stakeholders, and third-party teams - Familiarity with automation tools such as RPA, IDP, OCR, or AI-enabled finance solutions is a strong advantage Why Join Us Accenture offers a dynamic, globally connected work environment where you can lead meaningful transformation across finance operations for clients in over 120 countries. - 10 to 14 years of experience in Procure to Pay within Finance and Accounting - Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or MBA in Finance - Experience in BPO or shared services environment preferred - Proficiency in SAP HANA and relevant finance systems - Strong MS Excel skills including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data analysis - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Experience with automation, RPA, AI-enabled finance tools, or IDP/OCR solutions is an advantage - Ability to manage escalations and interact with client SMEs and third-party teams
