Role Overview
Accenture is hiring a Delivery Lead Senior Manager to spearhead Digital Inside Sales operations within its Intelligent Operations division. This is a senior leadership role focused on building future-ready B2B sales engines that leverage digital tools, platforms, and data-driven strategies to drive consistent revenue growth. The role demands a seasoned professional capable of managing large teams, engaging clients at a strategic level, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a large inside sales team by setting clear performance expectations, providing regular coaching, and fostering a culture of collaboration and professional development
- Determine operational strategies through needs assessments, capacity planning, performance reviews, and cost-benefit analyses to maintain and continuously improve service delivery
- Monitor system and team performance, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement corrective action plans and quality assurance programs
- Handle end-to-end human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, performance appraisals, and disciplinary procedures
- Serve as a primary liaison for client engagement, ensuring client requirements are understood, addressed, and delivered with consistency and professionalism
- Coach and mentor supervisory staff to enhance their team management capabilities and conduct regular reviews at weekly, monthly, and quarterly intervals
- Generate performance reports and leverage data insights to identify trends, improve Digital Inside Sales processes, and meet key performance indicators
- Identify operational and business risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies in alignment with industry best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align sales review practices with broader organizational objectives and drive process compliance
Required Qualifications
- Any graduate or postgraduate degree from a recognised institution
- 16 to 25 years of experience with strong outbound sales background in large-scale BPO or digital sales environments
- Demonstrated experience in advertising sales, media account management, and consistent client engagement with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in CRM systems and strong analytical skills to interpret data and support strategic decision-making
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior marketing leaders and cross-functional teams

Requirements
- 16 to 25 years of overall experience in sales operations or BPO leadership
- Strong background in Digital Inside Sales or outbound B2B sales
- Experience managing large teams in a BPO or contact centre environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets or KPIs
- Experience in advertising sales and media account management
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication skills across verbal and written formats
- Strong conflict resolution, time management, and decision-making abilities
- Any graduate or postgraduate qualification
