Job Description

Role Overview Accenture is looking for a seasoned Delivery Lead Manager to drive its Digital Inside Sales function, helping transform B2B sales operations into a future-ready, digitally enabled revenue engine. This is a senior leadership role requiring deep expertise in inside sales, large-scale BPO operations, and people management. The successful candidate will lead high-performing teams, oversee operational strategies, and ensure consistent delivery against client goals and business objectives. Key Responsibilities - Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and sales professionals, setting clear performance expectations, providing continuous coaching, and fostering an inclusive team culture - Conduct needs assessments, capacity planning, and performance reviews to shape operational strategies and drive business efficiency - Monitor system performance, resolve operational challenges, and execute process improvement and quality assurance initiatives - Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance appraisals - Generate and analyze reports on key performance indicators, metrics, and trends to support data-driven decision-making - Liaise directly with clients to understand requirements and ensure timely, high-quality delivery - Identify and mitigate operational risks while staying current with industry best practices - Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales review practices with broader organizational goals - Support lead and opportunity generation through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach on behalf of sales and marketing teams Required Qualifications - Any graduate or postgraduate degree - 13 to 18 years of experience with strong outbound sales background in large-scale BPO environments - Demonstrated experience in advertising sales, media account management, and client engagement with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Proficiency in CRM systems and digital sales tools - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior marketing stakeholders - Strong analytical thinking, conflict resolution, and people management capabilities Why Join Us Accenture offers a globally connected, innovation-driven work environment where 784,000 professionals across 120 countries deliver on the promise of technology and human ingenuity. Requirements

- 13 to 18 years of relevant experience - Strong background in outbound sales within large-scale BPO operations - Experience in advertising sales and media account management - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs - Proficiency with CRM systems - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Experience managing and coaching supervisors and frontline teams - Any graduation or postgraduation qualification
