Data Modeler - AI and Data Solutions Engineer

Role Overview Deloitte is looking for a Senior Consultant to join its AI and Data Solutions Engineering team. In this role, you will design and deploy enterprise-scale data models while working with cross-functional global teams to drive innovation across client platforms. You will play a key part in transforming mission-critical operations through cutting-edge data engineering, AI integration, and cloud-based solutions. Key Responsibilities - Lead discussions with business and functional analysts to gather requirements and evaluate integration impacts on existing business architecture - Prepare detailed technical architecture and design documentation, resolving requirement ambiguities early in the project lifecycle - Develop and implement solutions aligned with established technical designs, integration standards, and quality frameworks - Define and enforce technical design guides, development templates, and coding standards across the team - Facilitate daily scrum meetings, manage deliverable timelines, and prepare weekly status reports for leadership - Conduct thorough deliverable reviews and provide ongoing technical mentorship to junior team members - Collaborate with onsite clients, project coordinators, analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders - Design scripts and templates to automate routine development and operational tasks Required Qualifications - 6 to 9 years of hands-on experience designing conceptual, logical, and physical data models for relational, dimensional, and NoSQL platforms - Solid knowledge of Data Vault, NoSQL, Dimensional Modeling, and Graph data models - Proven experience with data warehousing, data lakes, and enterprise big data platforms - Familiarity with columnar, vector, and graph databases - Strong command of metadata management and data modeling tools such as Erwin or ER/Studio - Experience with ETL tools and data ingestion protocols - Working knowledge of cloud data warehousing platforms such as Google BigQuery, AWS Redshift, and Snowflake - Exposure to big data technologies including Hadoop and Spark - BE, B.Tech, MCA, or M.Sc degree from an accredited university Why Join Us Deloitte offers a highly collaborative and inclusive work environment where professionals are empowered to grow, innovate, and make a meaningful impact for clients and communities.
