Job Description

Role Overview Accenture is hiring Customer Support professionals to join its Human Resource Operations vertical in Mumbai. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity suited for candidates with experience in international voice processes who can handle customer queries, escalations, and complaints effectively while maintaining quality and SLA standards. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound customer queries, complaints, and escalations related to HR operations and provide timely, effective resolutions - Manage helpdesk query workflows and ensure all faults and complaints are closed within defined SLA timelines - Use customer service tools including Automatic Call Distributor, Microsoft Office Suite, Customer Service System, and browser-based applications to complete customer transactions accurately - Maintain strong communication with customers across voice and blended channels while demonstrating conflict management and interpersonal skills - Work flexibly across shifts as per business requirements, including night shifts when needed - Apply quick learning ability to adapt to evolving processes and customer service technologies Required Qualifications - 1 to 5 years of experience in international voice processes and human resource operations - Undergraduate candidates are eligible to apply; graduation is not mandatory - Strong oral and written communication skills along with good technical aptitude - Ability to work under pressure, manage escalations, and deliver results with agility Why Join Us Accenture offers a dynamic work environment where customer support is viewed as a strategic value-generating function rather than just a transactional service. Requirements

- 1 to 5 years of experience in international voice process and HR operations - Strong oral and written communication skills - Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and browser-based applications - Experience in helpdesk query management - Strong conflict management and interpersonal skills - Flexibility to work in rotational and night shifts - Undergraduate candidates are eligible; graduation not required
