Role Overview
Accenture is hiring for a Customer Support role within its Human Resource Operations vertical. The position sits under the Customer Success, Service and Operations department and involves handling voice and blended support for international clients. You will be part of a team that transforms routine customer service into a strategic, value-generating function.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries, escalations, and complaints while delivering timely and effective resolutions
- Manage helpdesk query workflows and ensure all faults and complaints are closed within agreed SLAs
- Use customer service technologies including Automatic Call Distributor systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Customer Service platforms, and browser-based applications to complete transactions accurately
- Demonstrate strong conflict management by addressing dissatisfied customers and turning their experience around
- Adapt to shifting business needs including night shift requirements as and when needed
- Apply quick learning abilities to get up to speed on client-specific tools and processes
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 5 years of experience in international voice process or human resource operations
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- Good technical aptitude with the ability to learn new tools quickly
- Undergraduate candidates are eligible to apply; graduation is not mandatory
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to perform well under pressure
