You will be part of a dynamic team handling inbound and outbound interactions with US-based clients, contributing directly to revenue cycle management operations. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound calls directed at US healthcare clients with professionalism and accuracy. Engage confidently with international clients while maintaining clear and effective communication at all times. Adhere to defined quality benchmarks and meet individual and team performance metrics consistently. Ensure thorough and precise documentation of all call activity and client interactions in the system. Required Qualifications Strong verbal communication skills in English with the ability to handle international conversations fluently. Graduates from any discipline are eligible to apply. Candidates with a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience are welcome, as are freshers with strong communication aptitude. Must be comfortable working in US time zone shifts.
