Role Overview Access Healthcare is actively seeking motivated individuals to join our growing International Voice Process team as Customer Support Executives specialising in AR Calling. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in the US healthcare BPO space. You will be part of a dynamic team handling inbound and outbound interactions with US-based clients, contributing directly to revenue cycle management operations. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound calls directed at US healthcare clients with professionalism and accuracy. Engage confidently with international clients while maintaining clear and effective communication at all times. Adhere to defined quality benchmarks and meet individual and team performance metrics consistently. Ensure thorough and precise documentation of all call activity and client interactions in the system. Required Qualifications Strong verbal communication skills in English with the ability to handle international conversations fluently. Graduates from any discipline are eligible to apply. Candidates with a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience are welcome, as are freshers with strong communication aptitude. Must be comfortable working in US time zone shifts. Requirements

Any graduate degree from a recognised university Excellent spoken English communication skills 0 to 1 year of experience in an international voice process Willingness and ability to work in US time zone (night shifts) Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills Immediate joiners will be given preference Minimum 6 months of prior experience acceptable; freshers with strong communication skills also eligible
