Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking a Customer Service Domestic Voice Professional to handle inbound voice transactions and deliver exceptional customer support. This role involves processing customer requests efficiently, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely resolution of issues while collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals. Requirements

- 2 to 7 years of experience in customer service or BPO operations - Graduate or Postgraduate degree - Strong communication skills - Experience with inbound voice calls - Proficiency in computer operations - Customer service and customer care experience - Back office or non-voice process experience - Data entry skills - Ability to handle domestic voice processes - Sales or telecalling background preferred
