Role Overview
Accenture is seeking a Customer Service Analyst with Japanese language proficiency to join its Pharmacovigilance Services team in Bengaluru. This role involves supporting drug safety operations by processing Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) and ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards. You will be part of a collaborative team helping pharmaceutical clients maintain medication safety and patient trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and process Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in the safety database as per client and global regulatory guidelines
- Perform case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case submission, and follow-ups
- Handle local market cases requiring Japanese language proficiency
- Analyze and resolve lower-complexity problems with guidance from supervisors
- Coordinate with internal peers and contribute as an individual team member within a defined scope of work
- Work in rotational shifts as required by the project
Required Qualifications
- Any Graduate, Bachelor of Pharmacy, or Bachelor in Physiotherapy
- 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience
- Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N3 to N5 level (Elementary)
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a team environment
- Quick learning ability and agility to adapt to new processes

Requirements

- Japanese language skills at JLPT N3 to N5 level
