Role Overview
Alorica India is seeking an Operations Customer Experience Team Manager to join our growing customer support division in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting our team to deliver exceptional customer interactions for leading global brands. We welcome both freshers with excellent communication skills and experienced professionals with up to five years of customer support experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, support, and mentor a team of customer service agents to meet performance targets
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality customer experiences for major international clients
- Monitor call quality, customer satisfaction metrics, and team performance indicators
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and training to help team members improve communication skills
- Collaborate with operations leadership to streamline workflows and resolve escalation points
Required Qualifications
- Freshers to five years of professional experience in customer support or call center operations
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills with high energy levels
- Experience in international voice processes or domestic customer support operations
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment

Requirements

- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
