Job Description

Role Overview SurveySparrow is hiring a Customer Growth Specialist to manage and grow relationships with a dedicated portfolio of client accounts. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for ambitious professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, US-shift environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, helping them get the most value from our platform while identifying opportunities to expand the business relationship. Key Responsibilities - Act as the main contact for all customer account management needs and ensure timely resolution of client queries and escalations - Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients including key stakeholders and C-level executives - Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise revenue and profitability - Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and executive sponsors - Ensure successful and on-time delivery of solutions aligned with customer goals and expectations - Communicate progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives clearly to both internal teams and external stakeholders - Identify growth opportunities within assigned accounts and work towards exceeding sales quotas - Track and forecast key account metrics such as quarterly sales results and annual projections - Prepare regular account status reports and collaborate with the sales team to uncover new opportunities Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related discipline - Up to 6 months of experience in key account management, sales, or a similar client-facing role - Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot, as well as MS Office especially Excel - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels - Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously with a high degree of attention to detail - Willingness to work US shift timings from 6 PM to 3 AM from the Chennai office Why Join Us SurveySparrow offers a dynamic and growth-oriented work culture where your contributions directly impact customer success and business expansion. Requirements

- 0 to 6 months of experience in account management or sales - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field - Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot - Strong command of MS Office especially Excel - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong negotiation and presentation abilities - Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously - Willingness to work US shift timings (6 PM to 3 AM) from Chennai office
