Job Description

Role Overview Accenture in India is hiring a Customer Contact Communications Associate for its Customer Support vertical in Bengaluru. This is an entry-level voice process role where you will handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure timely closure of issues within defined SLAs. You will be part of a globally respected professional services organisation serving clients across more than 120 countries.
