Role Overview
Accenture in India is hiring a Customer Contact Communications Associate for its Customer Support vertical in Bengaluru. This is an entry-level voice process role where you will handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure timely closure of issues within defined SLAs. You will be part of a globally respected professional services organisation serving clients across more than 120 countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate, effective resolutions over voice channels
- Manage escalations and complaints from dissatisfied customers with professionalism and empathy
- Ensure all customer faults and complaints are closed within agreed SLA timelines
- Deliver a seamless omnichannel customer experience by coordinating across online, mobile, and in-store touchpoints
- Collaborate with team members and report to direct supervisors for guidance on daily tasks and new assignments
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels while adhering to company guidelines and standard operating procedures
Required Qualifications
- Any graduation degree from a recognised university
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer service or voice support role
- Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines consistently
- Good team player with adaptability and a flexible approach to work
- Quick learner with the agility to pick up new processes and tools
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements
