Role Overview
Accenture is hiring a Customer Contact Communications Associate for its Customer Support vertical in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, managing escalations, and ensuring timely closure of faults within defined SLAs. You will work within an omnichannel environment, supporting seamless customer interactions across digital and in-person touchpoints including phone, chat, and text.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate, effective resolutions in a timely manner
- Manage escalations and complaints from dissatisfied customers with empathy and professionalism
- Ensure all faults and complaints are closed within agreed SLA timelines
- Support omnichannel customer communication across platforms such as phone, chat, text, and face-to-face interactions
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors to resolve routine problems using established guidelines
- Contribute as an individual contributor within a focused, predefined scope of work
Required Qualifications
- Any graduation degree from a recognised university
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer support or voice process role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptable, flexible, and committed to maintaining high quality standards
- Good collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
