Role Overview
The Customer Contact Comms Associate Voice role involves handling inbound calls from business customers in the UK telecom sector. You will provide comprehensive support across billing, account management, products, and services while identifying value-added opportunities to drive sales and strengthen customer retention. This position is critical in delivering high-quality service experiences and contributing to overall commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound voice calls from business customers addressing billing, product, service, and account inquiries
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
- Identify and act on upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive additional revenue and promote relevant products and services
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions within CRM systems and ensure compliance with internal processes and policies
- Provide support across key areas including billing and payment inquiries, product and service support, handset and device assistance, retail-related queries, and general account administration
Required Qualifications
- Graduation or HSC with minimum 1 year of experience in international voice processes
- Expert level English language ability for international communications
- Associate-level experience in customer service, inbound sales, or business support roles with B2B experience preferred

Note: This is strictly an international voice process role for UK Telecom. Only candidates with relevant experience and willingness to work in voice processes should apply.
Requirements
- 1 to 6 years of international voice process experience
- Graduation or HSC qualification
- Expert English language proficiency for international calls
- Experience with inbound call handling in contact centre environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call handling platforms
- Excellent verbal communication skills with professional phone manner
- Strong customer service orientation with ability to build rapport with business customers
- Commercial awareness and ability to identify sales and retention opportunities
- Problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
- Ability to multitask and manage call handling, system navigation, and documentation simultaneously
- High attention to detail and accuracy when updating customer records
- Resilience and ability to perform in target-driven, fast-paced environment
