Credentialing Specialist - US Healthcare Voice Process

Role Overview Novigo Integrated Services is actively seeking experienced Credentialing Specialists to join its growing US Healthcare BPO division in Chennai. This is a full-time, permanent night shift opportunity ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in medical credentialing voice processes. The role demands strong knowledge of US healthcare systems, provider enrollment, and revenue cycle management. Only candidates with a minimum of one year of relevant experience will be considered; freshers are not eligible for this position. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end provider credentialing activities through inbound and outbound voice interactions with US healthcare clients and facilities. Manage provider enrollment and re-enrollment across insurance payers and CAQH profiles. Coordinate with hospitals, physician groups, and insurance networks to gather and verify credentialing documentation. Support denial management, appeals processing, and claims follow-up as part of the revenue cycle workflow. Ensure full compliance with HIPAA regulations and US healthcare data privacy standards. Maintain accurate records of credentialing status, timelines, and payer communications. Collaborate with the AR calling and medical billing teams to resolve credentialing-related claim issues. Required Qualifications Minimum one year of experience in a US healthcare credentialing voice process is mandatory. Practical knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), medical billing, and claims processing. Familiarity with CAQH, HIPAA compliance, provider enrollment, and denial management workflows. Strong verbal communication skills in English for handling voice-based interactions with US clients. Ability to join immediately or within a maximum of ten days from the date of offer. Willingness to work from the office in a night shift schedule, Monday through Friday.
