AR Analyst - US Healthcare Non Voice Day Shift

Role Overview Novigo Integrated Services is actively hiring AR Analysts to join their US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management team at their Chennai office. This is a non-voice, day shift position ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in accounts receivable and medical billing. Immediate joiners or candidates available within 10 days are strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities - Analyse and process accounts receivable transactions for US healthcare clients - Review and work on denied, rejected, and pending insurance claims - Perform denial management including identifying root causes and initiating appropriate appeals - Handle charge posting, ERA processing, and claims analysis tasks - Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines while managing patient account data - Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve claim discrepancies and authorisation issues - Work on CPT and ICD coding validations as required for billing accuracy Required Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of experience specifically as an AR Analyst in US healthcare - Candidates with AR Caller experience only will not be considered - Strong working knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management, Medicare, Medicaid, and denial handling - Familiarity with CPT codes, ICD codes, modifiers, HIPAA regulations, and medical billing processes - Any graduate degree is acceptable - Must be willing to work from the office location in Ekkattuthangal, Chennai Why Join Us Novigo Integrated Services offers a structured work environment with a Monday to Friday day shift schedule, giving you a healthy work-life balance.
