AR Analyst and Charge Entry Specialist - Medical Billing

Role Overview Novigo Integrated Services Pvt Ltd is actively hiring experienced AR Analysts and Charge Entry professionals to join their growing medical billing team at their Chennai office in Ekkattuthangal. This is a non-voice, work-from-office role suited for candidates with a solid background in US healthcare revenue cycle management and medical billing processes. Immediate joiners or those available within 10 days are preferred for this full-time permanent opportunity. Key Responsibilities - Perform accurate charge entry and charge posting for US healthcare clients - Analyse and work on accounts receivable to ensure timely collections and resolution - Handle denial management, appeals, and follow-up on unpaid or rejected claims - Process cash posting and manage claim adjudication activities - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and US healthcare billing standards - Work on CPT and ICD coding to support accurate billing submissions - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve Medicare and Medicaid-related billing queries Required Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of experience in AR Analyst or Charge Entry roles within medical billing - Working knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management and denial handling processes - Familiarity with CPT coding, ICD codes, Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations - Experience with AR calling, authorisations, and claims adjudication - Any graduate degree is acceptable - Freshers are not eligible for this role - Must be available to join immediately or within a maximum of 10 days Why Join Us Novigo Integrated Services is a well-established BPM organisation offering a stable work environment with a salary package determined by your performance and prior experience.
