Control Management Associate

Role Overview JPMorganChase is looking for a Control Management Associate to join the Corporate and Investment Banking Controls India Team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be at the heart of maintaining and strengthening the firm's control environment across multiple programs, working alongside cross-functional and global teams. You will bring strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced financial environment. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain centralized controls reporting in alignment with global standards - Lead and participate in stakeholder meetings while driving continuous process improvements - Support the design, implementation, and governance of the firm's Control Framework - Monitor and report on control activities ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance - Collaborate with international teams to prepare timely MIS and governance materials - Conduct ongoing monitoring and evaluation of control effectiveness - Liaise with business and product teams to address audit findings and implement corrective actions Required Qualifications - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with global stakeholders - Proficiency in MS Office tools especially Excel and PowerPoint - Ability to manage tight deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities - Experience in process improvement and operational excellence initiatives - Bachelor's degree with 6 or more years of experience in financial services, preferably in controls or risk management - Exposure to banking risk and control domains and familiarity with firmwide regulations - Knowledge of data analytics tools such as Alteryx and Tableau is a plus - Flexibility to work in EMEA shift hours Why Join Us JPMorganChase is one of the world's most respected financial institutions with over 200 years of history, offering you the opportunity to grow your career within a diverse, inclusive, and innovation-driven environment.
