Product Manager

Role Overview JPMorganChase is seeking a Product Manager to join our Digital Channels Secure Web Platform team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, managing the platform roadmap and backlog to ensure our online platforms remain secure, high-performing, and delightful for millions of customers. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to drive innovation and support Chase's digital success. Key Responsibilities - Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the Secure Web platform product roadmap - Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog to enable engineering teams to deliver on key strategic initiatives - Establish frameworks and track key product success metrics, including cost, features, reliability, and security posture - Partner with cross-functional technology, agility, and design groups to manage technical backlogs and resolve process blockers - Monitor browser developer platform capabilities, industry trends, and guidelines to guide the evolution of platform capabilities Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline - Five or more years of experience in product management, product owner roles, or a relevant domain area - Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, user-centered design, and data analytics - Strong technical curiosity with a passion for web technologies, security, and foundational web architectures - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product lifecycle activities from ideation through launch Why Join Us At JPMorganChase, you will collaborate with a global workforce to shape the future of digital banking. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent field - 5+ years of professional experience in Product Management or related roles - Deep understanding of the web product development lifecycle, agile frameworks, and data-driven product design - Strong technical background with knowledge of secure web technologies, cloud computing, and backend infrastructure - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working in highly matrixed, complex organizations - Ability to drive product strategy through quantitative and qualitative insights
