Job Description

Role Overview Mindsprint is seeking an experienced senior Content Marketer to lead and execute high-impact content strategies across the entire buyer journey. This role sits at the crossroads of brand storytelling, demand generation, thought leadership, and partner collaboration. You will be responsible for translating complex enterprise technology concepts into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with C-suite decision-makers and position Mindsprint as a trusted technology partner. Key Responsibilities - Own and drive the end-to-end content marketing strategy aligned with Mindsprint's brand, business, and partner goals - Develop a structured editorial roadmap spanning industries, solutions, and strategic themes - Lead the creation of whitepapers, case studies, solution briefs, thought leadership articles, and industry reports - Craft joint partner assets including co-branded collateral and go-to-market content - Develop executive presentations, leadership point-of-view pieces, and keynote scripts - Repurpose long-form content into blogs, infographics, and LinkedIn posts - Manage the Mindsprint LinkedIn social media calendar and track content performance and engagement closely - Collaborate with design, video, practice teams, and leadership to produce content in modern formats Required Qualifications - 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in B2B content marketing - Strong understanding of Data, Analytics, AI and GenAI, Cloud, and Digital Transformation domains - Proven portfolio covering long-form, short-form, and thought leadership content - Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities - Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences - Strong grasp of narrative-building, stakeholder management, and independent task prioritisation Why Join Us Mindsprint offers a dynamic environment where your content directly influences enterprise buying decisions and shapes the brand's voice in the market. Requirements

- 6 to 8 years of B2B content marketing experience - Proficiency in Data, Analytics, AI/GenAI, Cloud, and Digital Transformation concepts - Proven portfolio of long-form and thought leadership content - Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills - Experience managing LinkedIn brand pages and social media calendars - Ability to create co-branded and partner-facing content assets - Strong stakeholder management and independent working ability - Skill in simplifying complex technical ideas for varied audiences
