As a Clinical Data Services Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Clinical sub-offering team, helping top-tier biopharmaceutical companies bring life-changing treatments to market. Key Responsibilities This role centres on the development, management, and quality assurance of clinical trial data reports utilising tools such as SAS, J-Review, Cognos, SQL, and PL/SQL in alignment with study-specific requirements. You will be expected to analyse and resolve moderately complex data challenges, occasionally devising innovative solutions by adapting established methodologies. Working within Accenture's Life Sciences ecosystem, you will contribute to clinical data collection, validation, storage, and reporting processes that ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance. The specialist is expected to understand and align with the strategic direction set by senior leadership, manage small teams or independent work streams, and coordinate with peers, client stakeholders, and internal management as needed. Required Qualifications A solid academic background and substantial hands-on experience in clinical data environments are essential to succeed in this role. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in clinical database programming, electronic data capture (EDC) build and design, and relational database technologies. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E. or B.Tech) is mandatory 7 to 11 years of relevant experience in clinical data services or a closely related domain Demonstrated expertise in Clinical Database Programming Hands-on experience with Clinical EDC Build and Design Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for database querying and management Experience developing clinical trial reports using SAS, J-Review, Cognos, or equivalent reporting tools Familiarity with clinical data management workflows including data collection, validation, and storage Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in clinical research and pharmacovigilance Ability to analyse and resolve moderately complex problems independently Capacity to manage small teams or individual work efforts within a client or internal project setting Willingness to work in rotational shifts as required by the business
