Civil Engineer Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer Supervisor to join our growing team in Chennai. This role is open to freshers as well as experienced candidates who are eager to take ownership of civil and interior projects from inception to handover. Key Responsibilities - Manage civil construction, interior fit-out, and renovation projects throughout all stages from planning to final handover - Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure work progresses as per schedule and design specifications - Coordinate effectively with architects, contractors, vendors, and clients to maintain smooth project execution - Monitor and enforce quality standards and safety compliance across all project sites - Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to minimise delays and ensure timely delivery - Travel to project sites as and when required to provide hands-on supervision and support Required Qualifications - Diploma, BE, or B.Tech in Civil Engineering - Proficiency in Tamil and English (both preferred) - Basic knowledge of civil construction, interior fit-out, and renovation processes - Ability to supervise site teams and work collaboratively in a team environment - Understanding of quality control and workplace safety standards - Willingness to travel to various project locations when needed - Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills Why Join Us Upspire India Pvt Ltd offers a dynamic work environment backed by a team of skilled professionals committed to engineering excellence.
