Job Description

Role Overview AppsForBharat is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our growing team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be at the forefront of customer engagement, building meaningful relationships with users and guiding them through our platform offerings including pujas, chadhava, and other spiritual services. You will work closely with internal teams and report to leadership, contributing directly to revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Own end-to-end customer relationships through calls, chats, and follow-ups - Build trust with users by understanding their needs and recommending relevant services - Drive repeat engagement and revenue through proactive outreach and personalized recommendations - Ensure a consistently high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints - Handle customer concerns with empathy and ensure timely resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service fulfillment - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, preferences, and lifecycle stages - Identify high-intent users and convert them into long-term loyal customers - Spot patterns in user behavior and suggest improvements to enhance experience and conversions Required Qualifications - Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English - 1 to 4 years of experience in sales, relationship management, customer success, or similar roles - Background in telesales, B2C sales, hospitality, or the service industry is preferred - Ability to build rapport and influence customers through meaningful conversations - High empathy with a strong customer-first mindset - Comfortable handling objections and driving conversions - Strong sense of ownership and accountability for experience and revenue metrics - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven work environment - Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets is an added advantage Why Join Us AppsForBharat is a purpose-driven platform connecting millions of devotees with authentic spiritual experiences across India. Requirements

- Strong communication in Hindi and English - 1-4 years in sales, relationship management, or customer success - Experience in telesales, B2C sales, hospitality, or service industry preferred - Ability to build rapport and influence through conversation - High empathy and customer-first mindset - Comfortable handling objections and closing conversions - Strong ownership and accountability - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment - Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
