Job Description

Role Overview EITB Global Info Solutions, an arm of Elephant in the Boardroom based in Melbourne, Australia, is a forward-thinking technology and digital solutions company. The organisation specialises in SaaS, AI, cloud, web, and mobile solutions and is actively developing AI-powered products under its MetaGenix vertical, covering Generative AI, Large Language Models, AI Automation, and next-generation business applications for global clientele. We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Executive to spearhead sales growth across our SaaS, AI, and digital solutions portfolio with a focus on the Australian market. Key Responsibilities - Own the complete B2B sales cycle for SaaS, AI, and digital solutions from prospecting to deal closure - Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting using Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, targeted email campaigns, and cold outreach - Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and tailored solution presentations for prospects - Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers, business owners, and senior-level stakeholders - Manage and maintain the sales pipeline including forecasts, proposals, and CRM records - Consistently achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly revenue targets - Work collaboratively with internal teams to facilitate smooth client onboarding and project delivery - Keep abreast of market trends, evolving customer needs, and competitive landscape Required Qualifications - 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS Sales, IT Services Sales, or Digital Solutions Sales - Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets - Proficient in using Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management capabilities - Prior experience engaging with international clients, preferably from the Australian market - Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven startup environment - Comfort in engaging with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders across client organisations Why Join Us Join a high-growth technology company at the intersection of AI, SaaS, and digital innovation, where your contributions directly impact global business outcomes. Requirements

- 3 to 5 years experience in B2B SaaS, IT Services, or Digital Solutions Sales - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Hands-on experience with Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills - Strong consultative selling and negotiation abilities - Experience working with international clients, preferably Australian - Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently - Comfortable engaging with C-suite and senior decision-makers - Preferred: Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, AI Automation, Web3, or cloud solutions
